Patient Information
If you are scheduled at our center:
- Make sure that you have a ride home – you will not be allowed to drive because of the sedation you will be given.
- You cannot take a cab, a bus, or walk unless accompanied by a responsible person.
- Bring your insurance cards as we will need to copy them to send with your procedure information for billing purposes.
- Bring a list of your current medications, including herbal or over-the-counter medicines. Include the dosages and how often you take them.
